This website is deliberately data-minimal. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, embeds no advertising networks, social plugins, or third-party web fonts, and has no registration. No cookie banner is therefore required, because nothing beyond what is technically necessary is stored on or read from your device.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you open the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data in server log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the file requested and the volume of data transferred, whether the request succeeded, your browser and operating system, and any referring page.
Purpose and legal basis: delivering the site, keeping it stable and secure, and defending against attacks — our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention: log data is retained by the hosting provider under its own retention periods and then deleted. We do not access these logs, do not analyse them, and build no user profiles from them.
International transfers: processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. Any transfer is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, a certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See the GitHub Privacy Statement.
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply. Providing this data is neither required by law nor by contract, but without it we cannot answer you.
This site links to external services (for example Google Play and ris.bka.gv.at). Once you follow such a link you leave this site, and the operator of the destination is responsible for any data processing there. We have no influence over it.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, simply write to support@stayerofficial.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
This website carries out no automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
