These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Any Icon mobile application ("Any Icon", the "App") provided by Maksym Duchenko, sole proprietor (Einzelunternehmer), operating under the name "STAYER" ("STAYER", "we", "us", or "our").
By installing, accessing, or using Any Icon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
If you are using Any Icon on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Any Icon is a mobile application that provides home-screen icon customization and widget functionality on compatible Android devices.
The App may allow you to:
Features, appearance, compatibility, and availability may vary depending on your Android version, device manufacturer, launcher, system configuration, installed applications, third-party icon packs, and other technical circumstances outside our control.
You may use Any Icon only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.
If you are a minor, you may use the App only with the involvement and permission of your parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
Any Icon is not specifically directed to children.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Any Icon for your personal or internal business purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.
This license does not transfer ownership of Any Icon or any intellectual property rights to you.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
License verification. Any Icon verifies from time to time that your installation is a genuine, licensed copy, using Google Play Integrity as described in our Privacy Policy. If verification does not succeed — for example because the device is offline, because Google Play is unavailable, or because no valid license is found for the Google account on the device — the App may limit or suspend its functionality until verification succeeds. This is a purely technical anti-piracy measure: it does not profile you and does not assess your personal characteristics. If you have purchased Any Icon and verification nevertheless fails, contact us at support@stayerofficial.com: we will review your case individually and restore access once your purchase is confirmed. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights regarding the conformity of digital content, remain unaffected.
Any Icon may process information locally on your device in order to provide its functionality, including application information, icon data, widget configurations, generated images, and other technical information described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of content and information that you provide to or create through the App, to the extent that you have the rights to that content.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to use any content, images, trademarks, or other materials that you provide or use with Any Icon.
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the information governing your use of the App.
Any Icon may display, access, or interact with third-party applications, application icons, icon packs, themed icons, trademarks, logos, fonts, operating-system elements, launchers, or other third-party materials.
Such materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Any Icon does not claim ownership of third-party applications, trademarks, logos, or icon assets displayed through or in connection with the App.
The inclusion or display of a third-party application, icon, trademark, or logo in Any Icon does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, partnership, or affiliation with STAYER unless expressly stated by us.
Third-party icon packs and other third-party resources may have their own licenses and terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms.
We do not guarantee that any particular third-party icon pack, application, launcher, device, or system feature will remain compatible with Any Icon.
Third-party applications and services are outside our control. Their availability, functionality, compatibility, and policies may change at any time.
Any Icon is designed to work with supported Android devices, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every Android device, Android version, launcher, manufacturer-specific system implementation, icon pack, or configuration.
Certain features may depend on functionality provided by Android, Google Play, device manufacturers, launchers, or other third parties.
A feature that works on one device or Android version may behave differently or may not be available on another.
We may identify supported configurations and compatibility information from time to time, but such information does not constitute a guarantee of compatibility with every configuration.
We may release updates, bug fixes, security updates, improvements, or new versions of Any Icon.
We may modify, add, replace, suspend, or discontinue particular features of the App where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, business, or operational reasons, subject always to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
Some updates may be necessary for continued compatibility, security, or operation of the App.
If applicable law requires us to provide updates or maintain functionality for a particular period, we will comply with those requirements.
We aim to keep Any Icon functional and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The App may occasionally be unavailable or impaired due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, network problems, Android or Google Play changes, device limitations, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may temporarily suspend functionality where reasonably necessary to address security, technical, legal, or operational issues.
Any Icon is provided as a customization tool.
We do not guarantee that the App will produce a particular visual result, work with every application or icon pack, or achieve a particular appearance on every device.
System-level behavior, launcher behavior, icon rendering, animations, themed icons, colors, and other visual elements may be affected by third-party software and operating-system implementations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Any Icon is provided on an "as available" basis and, except for rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded or limited, we make no representation or warranty that:
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any statutory warranty, conformity, consumer, or other mandatory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of the country in which you reside.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit such mandatory rights.
In particular, where applicable, mandatory statutory rights concerning the conformity, quality, updates, remedies, termination, refunds, or other legal requirements applicable to digital content or digital services remain unaffected. In Austria these are governed in particular by the Consumer Warranty Act (Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz, VGG), the Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz, KSchG) and the Civil Code (ABGB).
Where a mandatory consumer right conflicts with a provision of these Terms, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAYER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Any Icon.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STAYER shall not be liable for damage or loss resulting from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited; this applies in particular to intent and gross negligence, to personal injury, to liability under the Austrian Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and to liability arising from mandatory consumer protection law.
Where a limitation of liability is permitted by applicable law, the limitations in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted.

We are not responsible for loss of locally stored configuration, generated images, or other device data resulting from uninstalling the App, clearing App data, changing devices, device failure, operating-system changes, or circumstances outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Any Icon, including its software, source code, architecture, original graphics, user interface, branding, design elements, documentation, and other original materials created by STAYER, is owned by or licensed to STAYER and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
"Any Icon" and "STAYER" names, logos, and branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without our prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks and application names belong to their respective owners.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others.

We may investigate and take appropriate action where required by applicable law.
You may stop using Any Icon at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to certain functionality where reasonably necessary if:
Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide reasonable notice or an opportunity to remedy a breach.
Functionality may also be limited automatically where a license verification does not succeed, as described in section 3. That limitation is lifted as soon as verification succeeds, or after we confirm your purchase following a request to support@stayerofficial.com.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice by reasonable means where required by applicable law.
Your continued use of Any Icon after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to materially revised Terms, you should stop using the App.
Any Icon is distributed through Google Play and may be subject to additional terms, policies, and conditions imposed by Google Play.
Your use of Google Play is governed separately by the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your relationship with STAYER regarding your use of Any Icon and do not replace or modify Google's terms, policies, or agreements.
Where applicable, Google may provide billing, distribution, licensing, refund, security, or other platform services in accordance with its own terms and policies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory laws of the country in which a consumer habitually resides provide otherwise.
If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law that applies to you and cannot be deprived of those protections by this choice of law.
If you have a dispute concerning Any Icon, we encourage you to contact us first at support@stayerofficial.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory statutory rights, bringing a claim before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law, or using any mandatory consumer-dispute-resolution mechanism available to them.
Where legally permitted, disputes between STAYER and non-consumer users shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Austria.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented to you in connection with specific features or services, constitute the agreement governing your use of Any Icon, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
